The question doesn't ask who deserves the seat where that briefcase guy is sitting though the look of the picture denotes the same but the true spirit of question is very simple i.e. who is deserving, given the condition that all are on bus and passengers - so they all deserve the seat - that's another story who actually sits on a seat - it's the fucking fate!

I would say person A because he was first, also don't judge people on the outside just because he looks healthy enough to stand does not mean he is, maybe person A has an health condition that is not visible on the outside

I would help the E, if we think about it more carefully, everyone has a reason to fight, the A fights for her work, the B fights for her son, the C fights for the people behind her as her relatives, but E is alone, I think he looks like a zombie because that's how he look inside him, I think he's that tired and emaciated in his soul. And I would help him because is the only one for which no one would do anything, is alone without a reason in life and worst of all considered nothing, for society.

I agree with the "A" people. I think A should keep his seat.
I think the seat should be given to C as she will help to B to catch her baby ....one arrow two targets is the best solution to this question, in my opinion.
I will offer my seat to (C) and ask her to carry the infant from (B).
Beacause B has just delivered a baby which means, she is not preganent but healthy.
D can handle himself that's why he is travelling otherwise he would be resting at home.
E is surely drug addict, so no chance at all.

The zombie could be an Halloween costume... Lateral thinking would be to offer the seat to the old woman & make the baby sit on her lap, while the mother can stay at ease & the other 2 gentlemen can offer thier backs to the injured man for support??

D could be faking it--but if he isn't, I agree based on the level of pain each is in by standing. BUT Anonymous has a point--A has seen B; he should give his seat to her, then SHE can decide if someone else is more worthy.

There are lot of seats, so why target only ‘A’, each person can get a seat from the people there if they deserve.
I'll just wait to see what is the "right" answer, because I don't think there is a right answer.
My answer is E .Because he looks like zombie to me.And what if he attacks you ,for not giving the seat. So it's just better to be safe all the time

The old woman should get seat, I.e 'C'... "b" will give her baby to old women. The man sitting on seat can give support to D&B.. A is the man on seat. So he have energy atleast for some time...

I would go with B , bc of risks if the baby was to fall by her standing.
B. I usually help people who are closer to me
A. Is a young mother and has had the experience of holding the baby past 9+ months
B. Is an old lady who has gradually walked into this age, she knows how to handle being in a bus
C. Is a boy who has fractured his leg and probably learning to manage with the crutch and one leg
D. Looks like a sick man.. As others have labelled him as a zombie I will then state that he is fictional character so doesn't require a seat
According to me the seat can be given to the boy as he probably will not only hurt himself but maybe the others around him too. He could hold the baby for the lady if the lady is okay with it.
Give up the seat and let the other the other four fight it out.
Who ever wins will be too tired and messed up to fight you for it
